First off, I'm new to these forums so hey everyone! I look forward to getting to know some of you and most of all i look forward to losing those pounds!

I guess I'll tell you my story. I have my senior year of high school coming up, and it makes me mad when i think about how i have wasted these past 3 years. And i can't help but blame my weight problem. I think you'll all understand when i say being overweight holds you back in every aspect and every situation... I just never really had the confidence or comfort to do anything fun, or exciting in the past 3 years. It wasn't until this past year that i met 2 of my new very good friends. And they're the kind of friends that i need, they demand more from me, because they know i'm worth more than it seems. With their motivation, and support i just finished a 1 month, hard hitting, 6-7 day/week training program at the gym including a strict diet, and lots of protein. When i first started working out with them, they were shocked at the amount of weight i could do on various machines! I was shocked as well seeing as how i haven't played an organized sport in over 5 years! If that has taught me anything it's that under my 276 pounds is a buff, good looking machine! and i want to see it! I have stuck with running about a total of 8 miles per week over the past 2 years or so, however this never got me into real shape since i ate so bad, it just kept me from gaining as much weight as i should have. I also have tried many little diet things that never really worked because i never stick to them. The results will never be real until i accept that what i must do is real! that i must take this into my own hands! then it will be realized!I want to lose this weight, i want to get the girl, i want to have fun, and i don't want extra weight holding me down all the time! All i need to lose it is Focus, determination, inspiration, and a Solid Plan!
Yeah, i'd like to go back and 'redo' the past 3 years for the better, however that is out of the question, because i can't change the past, but the future will be mine...

My plan: I recently purcahased some weight loss pills, because like i said, i need a solid plan, some closure, some backup! I'm waiting for them to arrive in the mail. You can look over them here

I am taking 'Cytolean' with 'Thyrotabs' And if you haven't heard of this stuff, it just came out a few months ago and i think you should check it out :)
The site there is nice enough to give a dosage schedule for the supplements, but that's not what i need help with. If any of you can recommend a diet that i should stick to as in types of foods and stuff, and how much water. I'm sure i can stick to the diet after the 1 month of just oatmeal, tuna and chicken. Also i would like to know of any running schedules you guys would reccomend. The first 2 years of my running was done as long distance jogging 1.8 miles or so, but recently after hearing about an article in Men's Health where men that ran in sets of short sprints while walking in between lost 60% more weight. I have been doing this for about a week, and my leg muscles ache when i walk, but i do feel pretty good after the run. Any insight on what my running schedule should be and what i should be eating would be great! Would love to hear from someone who has tried this stuff. Thanks for all the insight i get.

How old are you ? and Are you old enough to take weight loss pills?

Weight Loss Pills are usually fads and scams. All you need to do is eat less and exercise more. never go lower than 1200 calories per day and start doing some cardio and weight training and your heart will thank you for it. weight loss pills have some very serious side effects. sometime death. im not telling you to quit just watch what you are doing.

Thanks

First off, thanks for a response, hehe. And thanks for the heads up, i'll look out for myself, if i notice ANY thing wrong i'm probably gonna stop using it.
