Hello everyone,
I am 5'7 185 lb's.I was 200 lb's when i started my diet 3 weeks ago.My diet is very strict, and exercise intense, but it has worked for me more then 3 times in my life, but i lost my gall blatter most likely because of how fast i lost weight.
I am struggling to eat more then 1000 calories in a day.I really dont have the appetite since i started the diet.I also ride bike and burn over 1500-2500 calories daily.I take organic whole food dietary supplements.I only drink spring water, and eat low fat/low carb healthy foods like turkey, tuna, chicken, fruits and veggies. No junk food.
People say its not safe to eat under 1500 calories daily, that your body will go into starvation mode, and slow down, but to be honest, i have too much energy and barely wanna sit at home anymore.I dont feel burned out at all.
Other then excepting that i probably had to have my gallblatter removed because of fast weight loss in the past, i havent found any other downside to it, since my energy level is 10x better then before the diet.
Im hoping someone more experienced could shed some light on this, and maybe help me touch up my diet to a safer level.
Im averaging 5 lb's a week loss.My fat % went from 30% to 24% since 3 weeks ago so i dont think im losing muscle mass.My water % has stayed consistent.
