Hi,
2 Years ago I started on my diet and I ran on a treadmill for 30 minutes everyday for 6 months. I ate healthy (chicken and veg everyday) and drank water. I was 216 pounds and finished at 161 pounds. I then stopped and decided to gain muscle. I go to the gym everyday for about an hour and alternate between arms, back and shoulder on one day to thighs on the next. I still had some fat around my stomach and waist area. I've now gained a considerable amount of muscle around my arms, shoulders, back and thighs to the point where I weigh 178 pounds. From the picture you can see I still have some belly fat and hip fat. I was wondering if anyone could estimate from the picture how much body fat that could be, what I should do to get rid of it and how long it will take to get rid of?
Thanks very much.
