Need help with husbands supps!

Hi, i have a few questions about the supplements my husband is taking. He has been working out hard for weeks now, and started the p90x classic, he is following the diet plan according to the booklet. He is really making progress and in great shape.

Arginine 5000- 4tablets Before Workouts
Whey Isolate w/scoop of A-AKG powder- mornings & After workout
High T-2x daily
Multi Vitamin-1x daily
Wellness essentials support for enhanced vitality -2xdaily
Alpha GPC Oral Spray- 2x daily
HGH Releaser tablets-2 before lunch/2 before dinner
Whey Casein-at bedtime
Protein bars- throughout the day
*he may start Wellness essential Joint Focus& total body nutrition-2x daily

So my question is should he be taking all of this together, to me it seems a bit much, but to the man at the Vit**** shoppe it all seems to go together. Any advise would be appreciated, Thank You so much!

I think the guy at the shop was just trying to sell you as much as he possibly could. Taking so many supplements is very unhealthy. Your husband can get in shape in a much safer way by simply having whey protein shakes after a workout but otherwise sticking to a high protein and high nutrient diet of non-processed foods. Certain protein bars are fine, but real food is much better. He should be having poultry, fruits, vegetables, and some whole grain bread. The protein shake after a workout should be a combination of whey protein, water/milk/almond milk, and fruit (bananas work very well because of the varieties of sugars and the potassium). This method may take a bit longer to gain muscle, but its far healthier and won't destroy his insides.

Agreed. He does not need that much protein. Two protein shakes per day (one post-workout and one later in the day) should be the maximum he needs. The extra shake and the bars are likely doing nothing but increasing his fat stores and costing him money.

I don't know what's in the rest of those supplements, but I'll just speculate from here. To my knowledge, HGH releasers are just a load of crap. All they are are a bunch of nutrients that he should be receiving anyway. On that note, a lot of that stuff seems to just be nutritional supplements. Unless he has absolutely ceased to eat real-people food, he doesn't need them.
