need help with handles

so i work out all the time doing tons of cardio and aerobic workouts plus i weight lift, so i have little body fat. i do have one problem however, love handles. i haven't got any body fat anywhere except in this one area just above my hip bones where small amounts of fat seem to be permanently stored. there is also some in front of my lower abs. it seems like all of my body fat is stored in this area and i can't get rid of it for anything. there isn't enough so it's really much of a problem but i just look wider than i would like, instead of my body going in from my chest down it's just almost goes straight down. if anyone has any advice on fixing this problem area so i can get rid of that wide apperearance i would really appreciate. this has been an ongoing battle and i can't seem to win.
 
i am 24, 5'11" 165lbs (in the morning with no clothes) and I seem to have the same problem as you... I work out intensely 3days a week at the gym and also walk briskly for a mile everyday and also do extra crunches and cardio a lot and seem to have a really good physique with the exception of my pelvis and handles...

Even though I eat well I do drink beer quite regularly... Maybe that has something to do with it.

Also my day job i work at a desk...
