Hope this helps. I lost about a 100 pounds and even worse I lost the wieght, gained some back and then lost the rest about 8 months ago. I have almost gotten rid of all of the loose skin, but it took some work and I went about it the wrong way several times. Most people think that doin more abs or extending there ab routine will give them the results that they want but its actually a combination of cardio and diet that helped me the most. Maybe since your case wasnt as bad as mine doing abs will help a bit more but that will only build muscle and your skin will probably still sag over it. Its a combination of things that help, but dont waist all of your time on abs and spend it on cardio. The only thing I have trouble with now which you might run into soon is that with doin all that cardio I have a lot of trouble building muscle with out having the loose skin kind of come back so if you figure any way to get around that tell me. But dont worry it will go away it just takes time.
