Need Help With Final Goal

Well I have made it to a point in my diet and excercise progarm where I seem to have hit a slow point. I am finally down to 208 after starting at 260. The weight loss is great, but I still have this gut on me that I would like to get rid of. I can feel my abs underneath a layer of fat about 1" thick. I would like nothing more than to get rid of it. My body fat score has decreased significantly, but I am still sitting at about 20%. I would like to be around the 10-15% area. I hear talk about supplements such as hydroxy cut and a few others and I have accomplished my weight loss to date without the aid of drugs or supplements. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do to get that last 5% of body fat off? Should I consider a supplement of some kind? Or should I just continue on the path that I am on and just be more patient with attaining my goals.

Thanks,
Steve

Start Weight 260
Current Weight 208
Abdominal Measurement Start 46
Abdominal Measurement Current 37
Body Fat Start 29%
Body Fat Current 20%

Forget the supplements. Just change up your routine. Your slow point is probably due to your body getting used to your routine. So change it up. Shocking your body=shocking results. Also, eat cleaner, more smaller meals spread out throughout the day (5-6) to speed up metabolism.

Also, nice job losing 52 pounds, thats no joke.

Good luck

Have a read thru the suppliments forum, you'll find this asked quite a lot.
Basically you answered it yourself. Be patient and work harder.

The more fat you loose, the harder it is to loose more as your calorie intake and outgoings even up.

If your serious about loosing the last 5%, your gonna need to step up your workout, and take a carfull look at your diet.

I would advise weight trining for anyone, not just building muscle, but just working the muscles will burn calories as they heal ( thats right! You be burning calories while you sleep)

and hydroxy cut is not a supliment, its a drug.
A suppliment is something you take that is naturally in foods, a drug is a mix of chemicals which effect your body in a way that it has been designed to do.
Avoid drugs at all cost, dont sacrifice your health for the way you look.

ye just make sure your diet is clean, make sure you aren't taking in any processed foods, have 5-6 small meals a day.
As stated also if you aren't doing a good weight routine start to incorporate one, as muscle needs more calories to be sustained then fat so even without doing anything if you have more muscle your body will burn more calories. Also the change in routine may help you get past the plateau you are currently seeing
