Need help with avatar!

So, I can't figure out how to resize a picture for my avatar.

Can someone either help me or direct me to a site that will show me how to do it?

you can go to and download their viewer and resize your image in that viewer.

you can upload images to, and they hav ea function that you can create an avatar sized image.

you can also open the image in MS Paint and resize it there
