Well I haven't been sleeping to well or feeling good about myself for awhile now, I'm 6'1 and weigh about 175 pounds. I've been trying to find a good exercise routine to do at least once a day.
I have a weider 8530 heres a picture
and an exercise bike. I always like strengthening my arms but I also seem to have a lot of thigh fat and belly fat. So I'd like to work on those three things mostly.
I didn't mean to look selfish and try and just get an easy routine off some guys on a forum, I just really want to get more active because it's always helped me feel better since I have a minor low blood pressure problem.
I've recently been dating a girl for the first real time in my life and I only now know how really insecure I am about my body around her and it'd be nice just to relax and not worry about it.
It's been oddly really hard for me lately to actually do something and thats why I think a routine would help me stay on track and give me some inspiration to not just sit and watch t.v all day or go on the computer all day.
