Need Help where to start.

Hello All I am 6ft 207lbs 30 years old Male and need to lose some wieght I like to get back to 165 to 170 lbs I wieght that about 2 years ago untell i went from a fast past factor job to a slower past constucion job and now I am back in school and i set for 6hrs and go home and do manly nothing.

I have almost stoped smoking I have had about 2 paks in 3 weeks I have also started drinking Water mostly started 2 days ago. Planing on going to the track after school to run as soon as it stops raining here.

So my question is do any of you have a good plane for me to go by or which plane should i go buy?

no set plans ... slowly change things up so you don't shock your body too much. Changing everything at once could cause you to get sick and then end up taking a week or more off.
Start with light jogging 2-3 times a week and slowling increase the time and intensity. I can't make any suggestions on nutrition because I don't know what you currently eat ... the easiest suggestion is to have a bunch of small meals ...

water is an excellent start because it helps in digestion, and curbs hunger cravings.
 
Thanks allcndboy for your reply I belive i will start out jogging 2 days a week I all so like to work my body also like push ups and setup/crunhes 2 days a week also untill i get me a weight set/bench. Does this sound like to much at one time?

I am 6 foot 222lbs not 207lbs i wear a size 34 waist and 32 lenght in pants most people guess my weight as bing 180 to 190lbs my belly will push my shirt past my belt line about 2 to 3 inchs. I just trying to give you and i dea of my build right now in case that helps with any info you can give me.

Hello Today is the first day I jogged/walk after school and boy, i tell you I am way out of shape. We have a 1/4 mile walking track here in my little town and i jogged half way around it and i had to stop and walk so i started jogging half of it 1/8 mile and walk the other half 1/8 mile I did the 4 times to = a mile and I tell you i feel like i have done hard labor all day and i also fell and now know what those cigerats do to you NO GOOD.

Jap, you can start a weight loss diary which is in the weight loss diary forum. Thats a good place to post your progress
 
I would sugest somethig...I would to insist in the first step.
