Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel and i m 19 years old.(sorry if i m posting in the wrong section)
I would like to lose weight for many reasons one of them is that i don't have self confidence.
I m 100kg and i am 1.71 tall.I tried many diet plans and even have a subscription for the gym.
When i try to do the diet it only lasts for a week or two i see the results and i was really happy but i always lose motivation and let my hunger take over.
It may sounds stupid like i want to make it serious and change my lifestyle.My friends are fit and in a good shape always getting girls and feel good.
Tbh it makes me feel like cr**.Like everyone successes and i am the only one who tries for nothing.
I don't feel comfortable with my body, when i go out for example a club its like i m always left out because the fat guy isn't like them.
I cant really find words to explain it but i hope you get my point.To write this post i thought about it for 2 weeks, i didn't want to make a fool of myself.
Anyway this is a brief description of my problem.
If you could help me abit out i would appreciate it
1.Some methods to lose weight ( i heard about lemon diet)
2.How can i get abit more self confidence(the only way i get that is when i see my body getting fitter)
3.How do i stay motivated?
4.When i follow a diet after a meal i feel abit hungry again and i try to find something to eat(like snacks :S)
5.salad well i dont really like it that much , can i change it with something else ?
