Need Help on losing belly fat

Im a 14 year old student who lost 60 pounds so far but my problem is a weight is 135 and 5" 10 but im having a problem flating my belling anyone have any idea what exercises or what food to flattening my belly so i can get rid of my belly sticking out
 
First of all: great you managed to lose all that weight! It is very important to be on a healthy weight when you are young, for heavy youngsters usually become heavy/heavier adults. I think your current weight is good for young length and I wouldn't suggest losing (much) more.

Now on the flat abs subject. It's a mystery to a lot of people. I'm having problems getting my abs to show as well. You see, you can do exersises like crazy and do say 600 situps a day, but when there's a layer fat covering it, your six pack will not show, no matter how hard you try. You need the right combination of diet & exersise. There is no miracle food that'll give you that rockhard stomach or that one special exersise. It doesn't work that way, (sadly)

And keep in mind: you're just 14, you're still growing. Take a look around you and you'll see that your friends who've always been thin don't have 6-pax either. I think eating healthily and particpating in sports a lot will get you going.

If you could post your diet and how much you exersise, I can give you some more tips.

well usually i do about 45 minutes of elliptical training daily and since 2 days ago i started to lift dumbells for 20 minutes or so and i guess thats pretty much it and well my diet is pretty much applejacks with soy milk in the morning lunch just sandwich with 2 meat patties when i come home for a snack usually have chips if their nothing else but if there is something else ill have like a chewy and for dinner pretty much anything since i lost all the weight i kinda been more easier to eat bad foods
 
this is gonna be really basic so you'll have to work most things out your self, Its would take days to write everything up in full.

You should be burning off more cals than you eat. if you dont know how much your eating then read up and work it out.

dont lift weights untill you know what your doing. Go to a gym for a day or a trial if you can and get some1 to show you. Weight lifting is not something you can just do. If you carry on you could en up with big probs such as muscle imbalences which can destroy your spine.

get 2 diarys and a book. 1 diary for writing down everything you eat, one for writing down all your training and the book if for notes on what you should be doing.

when your on the X-trainer, make sure your working up a sweat. it doesnt matter how long your on it, but how much energy your burning. try going very very fast for 5mins, then slowly for a few mins, and do its 4-5times, and build up your time every day.

you need goals, and each day you need your goals to get harder and harder. if you ran fast for 4mins today and has 2 mins rest, tomorow youlr run fast for5mins.

go to amazon or online book shop and buy a book. look at lots of them to find one you like. try serching for "mens health" fitness, weight loss, health and fitness. it will cost you some money but it may help you a lot.

you want a book on fitness that includes help with diet, not the other way round.

Ya if your anorexic. To lose weight, you need to eat. Anywhere you read, you will see that it says eat 5-6 small meals a day. You can't just do an ab workout, you need to do a full body workout.
Simple Formula...x-y=z
X-calories eaten
Y-calories burned
Z-Weight loss
 
hi!, you will kill belly fat eating six times at day, because this will keep active your metabolism, but you have to keep in mind what kind of food you are gonna eat to regulate your blood sugar level and so create the fat burning effect! also you have to do some workout!!
 
my oppinion: generally when people want to get 6-packs i tell them to gain muscle and change their diets but thats not going to work for you as i dont recommend doing weights until you finish your natural growth cycle, that being said sports like running and swimming can help you to build muscle in a more natural way.
Essentially most people who have trouble getting rid of there last layer of stomach fat assume its all to do with their sugar and fat intake, this is infact not the case, generally its because of your carohydrate count, if you want to lose your stomach fat I recommend you change from elliptic to running and swimming, at your age you have strong bones and so the impact wont hurt you and cut carbs from your diet, avoid eating bread/cereal/pasta and your stomach should flatten up like never before
