need help on a diet

Im new to the board and Im 2 wks into my diet, I have lost about 7 pounds, but Im doing it on my own with no direction. Which Diet would be the easiest for me to go on so I can be more orginized, i have a very busy schedule work up to 70 hours a wk. Thanks for any help. I love the forum

hmm well i'm no expert so can't give you any advice. but for me counting calories and excercise works.

ya I agree with the first post. Counting calories and exercise has been very easy and not to strict and I've consistently lost weight.
 
Don't go on a diet... THink lifestyle change instead...

SOuth beach and nutrisystem are short term - and not lifestyle changes.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in this forum you say you love... :D

You'll get lots of good and useful info
