need help losing weight for asian eating rice

Hi,

I need serious helping losing 100lbs for an asian male, and here is my info:

I am 30, 6'2 tall, currently 275lbs, 38" waist. Was a heavy smoker & coffee drinker before (just quit both for 3 months now). I never walk into the gym before or play any sport but start to lift weight for 2 months now. I workout 5 - 7 days/week, 2 hrs/day and here is my tracking:

Monday: Chest & abs (300 situp)
Tuesday: Back & abs (300 situp)
Wednesday: Shoulder & abs (300 situp)
Thursday: Biceps & abs (300 situp)
Friday: Triceps & abs (300 situp)
Saturday: Legs & abs (300 situp)
Sunday: rest but sometime I'm bore I do walk on treadmills.

And here is my eating:

Breakfast: some day yes some no (if no food left over from last night, and mainly is rice)
Lunch: Steam rice with chicken, fish or pork (an average asian meal)
Dinner: no dinner or if I feel hungry I do snack (you know those on the vent machine)

I work at night so my breakfast start at 1:00pm, lunch at 7:00pm and dinner (if hungry) around 10pm. I get home around 12am and hit the gym at 1:00am work until 3:00am and go to bed around 4 to 5am not wake up until 11am. My job is sat all day in front of computer.

For the past two months, I didn't weight myself again but I feel my 38" jean losing a bit and some of the muscle start to tone but my abs still big and some of my friend say I over work it.

Can you give me some guru advices how to get it right and healthy if fast is the best. Sorry for my broken English.

Thanks

Don't depend on the so called gurus. You will need to pick advice from different places and see what works for you as you go along.

No one will give you a complete schedule of what to do and what to eat unless you employ a personal trainer.

Pick on an exercise, do it and then come back and ask specific questions about specific exercises.

Once you get a plan in place, you'll find lots of people here to help critique your plan, and give you encouragement as you work toward your goals.

Hope that helps a little.

All the best.

Cathy.
