Need help losing some serious wheight :(

Intro first :)

Ive always been on the heavy side, even as a young kid. I was outgoing, fit. Did Martial Arts. Even competed on some levels of Free Style. But i was still slightly podgy, but i dont care about appearence, i was fit, healthy enough to go out, have fun etc.

But know, im a student, never get exercise, and im obese. Can barly squeeze into my 44" waist trousers...

I just need help, with a diet plan, and what exercises to start doing at home. I want to be healthy again...

simply healthy :) - Any advice would be helpfull

- Bad points about my habbits.

I have irregular sleep paterns due to work, and friends... Example: 6am, till 2pm sleep last night

I eat VERY late... Sometimes dont eat all day untill i goto bed

Start yourself a diary in the section below to keep track of your challenges and victories...

and get yourself an account at and record your daily calories -and most especially learn what a portion size is...

It doesn't matter when you eat -it's the total calories consumed int he day that matter.
 
Well, im totally new to losing weight...

Altho i dont eat much, some days i eat alot, some days i eat nothing

Its really exercise that i dont get any of. Being an IT student, and at university. Im either sat down working, or talking to my friends that are at different uni's... Or out drinking booze, but that exercise defeats itself in purpose :)

This is my protien/calorie etc intake today.. 50% comes from Pork Scratchings (Pork rinds i tihnk the US calls em)...

Not eaten much today tho, not hungry either. I only eat when im bored.

If anyone could recomend some form of food i can eat when bored ^^... some magicall food lol, hmm carrots maybe... *ponders*
