Need help losing last 10 lbs

Some background info:
Im 5'11'' and currently 189lbs @ about 13.9% BF. I was at 258lbs @ 27% BF about a year ago. My weight lose has some from a combination of regular cardio and a 2000cal/day diet.

For the last two weeks I have not had any success in losing weight. My goal is 10-12lbs in the next 5 weeks, before I plan on starting a bulking cycle to put on some lean muscle mass. Im going to be honest and say that I have been a little laid back in terms of my workouts mainly due to my busy schedule, as well as I have been partying a little more then usual. But I have promised myself that for the remaining 5 weeks in going to get strict and get it all I got. (hope it works)

Anyways what I would like to know is if anyone out there has any advice on my situation. I hope this is not a plateau I have hit, but if it is does anyone have any advice on getting past this? Thanks in advance.
 
looks like you already know whats going on. the partying and the busy schedule have probably prevented you from going further. tighten up, you still have plenty of time left before september. :)

but personally for me, i train in 8 week cycles. then take a break, make some changes and go again. i find this helps me to avoid plateaus and sticking points
