Need help losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks or a lil less... but not much more

Hi all,
I need some advice on droping 10 pounds or atleast 5 lbs by April 11th~ If you have ne really good suggestions or ne good secrets please post.. I have been dieting and going to the gym everyday!
 
10lbs in 2 weeks is a very high expectation. Unless you are very obese then it is possible to lose a pound a day or more for the first couple weeks.

Hey just a suggestion but I am not sure if it will work on you or not, but my friend once she tried the "Celebrity Juice Diet" it is some drink that you can only have for 2 days along with fluids... The container says you can lose up to 10 pounds in this 2 days, to my surprise my friend lost 8 pounds and I would not have believed it if I didnt see it with my own eyes, and she was not obese at all... The only thing is you will have to go the the bathroom alot, like a pregnant woman lol.. Just try the old fashion way and watch what you eat along with alot of exercise, running and walking are the best and most effective, pick up the latest copy of Prevention magazine there is a big article about walking.. It's so hard to give you some suggestions,cause everyone's body works differently, But I also did try that celebertiy juice, I lost 6 lbs in two days. but fortunatly my husband is in the army and he also had to drop weight for the board, and he let me in on a little secret that the soldiers suggest, all you have to do is go to your local grocery store and purchase a bottle of fleet ginger flavor( its an enima) the buy some plastic wrap and preporation-h ,make sure you have nothing planned for the rest of the day, down the hole bottle of fleet,its going to taste gross but the results worth it, the next thing you do is put the cream all around your stomach then wrap the plastic wrap around your stomach, your going to have to sleep with it on, but dont worry about sleep the fleet will keep you up all night, basically the fleet will clean out your stomach and get rid of all the collected food that weighs you down,the next morning wiegh your self and you should be at least ten pounds lighter, when my husband did it he dropped 13lbs before his weigh in.
 
JellyBelly you are a trip loooool...You made me smile today I swear... I need to try that, does it really work? Also how can drink a fleet enima, shouldnt it go somewhere else, do they make it in liquid? I may try that one day when my Husband is out of town or something lol
 
LOL!!!! OOPS, Sorry bout that :eek: I got up to make my hubby lunch and he acutally wrote all that down.. He is silly. But to be honest it did work for him. "Fleet" is a laxative... You'll find it with all the others and it is liquid. The peperation stuff I had not tried yet. But It makes you lose inches not weight. I did do the fleet and lost about two pounds. My hubby took two bottles at the same time and that's how he lost sooooooooooo much in a day. he had to though that quickly. Another diet is the "3 day diet" just go to yahoo and search for "3 day diet" and it brings it up. it is basically smaller portions. You get to eat, chicken, tuna, ice cream, fruits and veggies and bread.It did work for me. You are suppose to do it 3 days at a time. When you are not then you go back to your regular eating but not aas much as yoou would usaully eat. Just look it up and it will give you more details.

but my best suggestion is to work your A** off and eat less. Not to little, drink tons of water. It is possible to lose 10 lbs in two weeks. it could be water weight that you drop. But good luck to you.
 
Yea I have heard that the preperation thing works but im not needing to lose inches. Im going to get the fleet enema and not drink it lol but take it before Meps the night before. Ill look up the 3 day diet tough. Also the celeberty one too. But thanks for all the help!!!! I really do appreciate it. I hope to be 10 lbs lighter by the 11th~
 
I hope the 3 day diet works for you. Years ago I did the 3 day diet two different times. Both times it worked for me. I lost 12 pounds on the second attempt. I tried it a couple of weeks ago. I didn't lose anything. I don't know if if was because I had already been eating lower calories and not much fat or what. I was surprised that I had no loss. I was faithful and did not cheat.

It's different for everyone. I wish you luck in whatever you try. :)
