Need Help Loseing-Maintaining weight

I work Nights (10pm-7am) have 2 15min brakes and an hour lunch. What can I buy to eat that will give me some energy and help me on my weight loss??
 
Doesn't matter that you work nights. Your goal is still the same: eat healthy and drop some fat. To do that you need to eat every 2-3 hours. Each meal should have a carb and a protein. Your first meal should be within an hour after waking.

Chicken and Veggies
Cottage Cheese and Berries
Protein Shake and Banana
Tuna on Crackers
