need help like hell

hey my name is manny. i am 16 about to be 17 and need to loose my weight again. i was defens coach when i was in high school and i was on the weight lifting team. these last years i lost alll my muscle and gained all this weight i am 310-320 pounds.

i started running resently and well its ok but thats all i do i gave my dunbells away and well i cant buy some right now. and i need to see what els can i do to loose weight and get some muscule back up but i like looseing weight the old school way no machines i dont like my tredmail
