I am wanting to tone my pecs up and that area just below my armpits.. I am sorry for not having the proper wording. But I am just tired of having my pecs drooping and of course that mass of flab that is below each armpit. Could the great forum readers give me any type of exercise that would be beneficial in my toning process. Also, I have one really bad wrist, injured years ago playing tennis, that I cannot put much weight on in doing a regular pushup or just the weight in general on it..
