Hey, I am a 5 ft 11 19 year old boy weighting roughly 11st 7. Three monhs ago i weighed 14st 1. I am using gym 5 days a week with a match on sundays. i am aiming for 11st weight but just find i am counting calories and cant find a proper nutrition program. It is beinging to take over my life and ruining it. I am roughly taking in about 1000 calorie daily but want to break out of this mould. I jus feel if i start eating more i will indefinately put on weight can somebody please help me it would be much appreicated.
