I am wondering what will happen to my bust if I use this system? many people said the venus factor is the best weight loss..is it true?..please give me some review for this program...

To tell you truly i'm not familiar with "venus factor". But, from my humble experience, all this magic systems are not really needed.
Make a lot of sports (3 times a week cardio) and change your nutrition habits it's all the secret.

Eating healthily and being active is all that is required. The only people that say that there is a secret or a magic product seem to want to sell people those secrets or products...

Plenty of people here have made the most amazing changes to their weight by sorting out their eating habits and becoming active. We can all exercise - the only thing that varies between the different sizes is the type of exercise.... Walking was an amazing exercise for me when I was big and it was very effective.

The posts above tell you the truth --

1) Lean up the diet some by consistently cutting sugars and simple carbs from the diet to start
2) Some resistance training 3X per week
3) Some cardio also 3X per week

THAT will do it 99% of the time
Most else you here are gimmicks and scams meant to make money from people looking for some magic pill or miracle that will give them "easy and effortless" results.
Nonsense -- those false promises are the Snake Oils of this century

I really believe that the best way is to eat healthy, exercise and in addition you can use a system that doesn't need dieting but rather maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There was a program that I used that was great, didn't require dieting and was affordable. They have natural products, specifically for what you need. I will send you the link in a private message so you can check it out :) Also, cutting out our old friend wheat would really help you as well.

I totally agree with CKaiSmile.

There is really no substitute for eating healthy and regular exercise.

A lot of people are simply making excuses of work, friends and family committment. Though those are important, nothing
beats your health.

Because if you are sick, you can't do many things and ended up being looked after by others. From my experiences, most
people - out of pride - refused to be in that situation.

If you have to, get a personal trainer to help you. However there are pros and cons as well. The pros you have someone to account to whether or not you get results. The cons are you have to restrict yourself from eating your favourite foods everyday for the next 3-4 months to see any significant results.

Unless someone can come up with a better alternative on how to lose weight without compromising what you like to eat or drink.
