Need help for building routines and a problem

I am 17 years old man and I am looking for help to build up my routines

I am 220lbs, 6 feets and 3 inches.

I got army bootcamp coming up which is required for every man (with exceptions) to go through in my country and I want to get into the form.

I don't really have money to go around and ask professionals on how should I go on about it.

If anyone would be kind enough I could also use some help on how to diet since I really haven't done that before in my life and I think I would mess it up real bad.

There is also another problem I have. I was able to do situps 2 months ago (about 40-50 of them) in a row but today I realised that I can't even really do 1 correctly anymore and I am bit scared of that.

So if there is anyone kind enough to help me with training and dieting (I hate gyms so I prefer things I can do at home) please help me out with this cause.

I would report my progress weekly (or even daily) here on this thread and I am highly motivated to do the thing.
 
The key is too increase your muscle endurance and cardio. All you have to do is keep working the exercises and run every day and you will get stronger. There's no real secret to getting better
