Hey all, I'm new and I've been looking for an active weight loss forums and I think this is the one. Backstory is this. I'm 5'10 200 pounds mostly muscle. I used to weigh roughly 240 pounds mostly fat about a year back. I started to go to the gym, lift lots of weights, and do lots of cardio. Life was good. I met a wonderful women and we were engaged. Just last week she left me. I won't go into details but basically I'm eating lots of pizza and fast food again, I stopped going to the gym, and I'm basically just completely unmotivated. What can I do to make myself want to get to 180 lbs (and/or mainly lose my belly). Thanks all!
