I'm staring a diet, not a too strict one because I'm far from overweight and at the present time I have a 4 pack which can be seen. However I have some fat on the lower belly area which prevents me from having a 6-pack and making my stomach look flat and tight.
I'm giving up on all the junk food , hamburgers , cheeseburgers etc. and all the sodas. I'm gonna switch to water now and maybe Gatorade or Powerade. I'm planning to eat chicken and beef.
What kind of spices may I use?
I'm pretty sure that salt is out but I need confirmation on that, I think that the best way is to marinate them but not so sure about that so holla about this too. Can I use Ketchup to flavour up the food?
I guess that frying the meat is out, so I can grill it, bake it, or boil it without using any oil. Can I use either one or is there a specific one of those three that I should use?
What kind of fruit would be the best to eat for my case, are plums and bananas acceptable? and also may I eat the regular white rice because i can find the other types of rice.
I workout 7 days a week, and do cardio for about 20-30 minutes everyday on the bike in the gym. So I have 2 out of 3 , I workout and do cardio, however I don't do the most imporant thing there is when abs are the question, and that's eating the right food the right way and the right time. I know I asked a lot of questions, and I'll really appreciate it if someone could give me some tips or answers to some of my questions . Thanks a lot
