Need help and advice on weight loss progress

Ok I'm gonna start from the beginning. I was on this site a year ago with a goal to get to 296. I was at 396. That was in january 2007. Currently I am at 270 last time i checked. I am almost 6'4 and male im 19 on the 22nd of this month. I lost my weight by exercise and dieting.. and started weight training last april. Now I just want some advice and and i got questions too.

First question, Did i lose weight too fast? I dont really think so but my body startin to be flabby like all around. I've always had big limbs. now that i lost all the weight i can see my thighs getting better they still flabby though. My arms are really pissing me off though.... I got the dreaded bat wings.. and skin ripples can be seen when i lift my arms straight up and it looks like it cant be corrected if i lose weight which im thinking. im very worried i plan on being swole later in the gym without the steroids but i mean if i got big ass muscles... i dont care bout strectch marks n blah blah i just want my skin to come back n my muscles to show.. my thighs really started gettin smaller since i started jogging. I can grab flab from off of my body and hold it like a ball like under my arms and on the side of my chest and my thighs and of course arms.. i got a slim frame but just got too fat and i wonder if i messed up myself for the rest of mylife.

Second question. At what weight do you think my body will be "normal" like no loose skin n all a dat crap. I'm gettin worried man. I just wanna look normal then get muscular.... I originally wanted to get to 250 and chill.. but look like i might have to go under 200 which i do not want to do i do not want to be skinny/ slim....... 220 the lowest probably and at that weight my big brother was slim as hell..... can i please get some advice sorry if i messed up the story im just not happy googling loose skin and all of that nonsense
 
120lbs in a year is a reasonable rate to lose weight - at your age - you shouldn't have too much of a problem with loose skin... but if you haven't been - I'd keep up with strength training (read the stickied threads)

you've lost a great deal of weight and still have a bunch to loose -so keep being consistent and keep working on yourself
 
so at what weight you think ima be cool at. where my body gonna look alright? and yea i'm always liftin weights im tryin to get swole.
 
Right now, i'm 207 lbs and standing at 5'9 1/2 and my goal is 170 lbs, for you maybe would be at 190 lbs ;)
 
lol i dont think so... to tell the truth 220 is prolly the lowest im gettin to then i'll just use body building weight training methods.. i dont wanna be skinny
 
yea stretch marks suck, i got some on my love handles and like 3 on my stomach, most people see the ones on my stomach and say it looks like i got sliced with a shank. hehe. i wonder what they are gonna look like when i get to my goal weight. i am 26, like 5'7 and 161 right now. I am going down to 140, my sister says 145 would be skinny enough but I think 140 is good for 5'7. i wish i could find the average weight for 5'7
