Need Get In Shape For Wrestling

Alright. Im on wrestling team. I weigh 77 kilos So about 169, and im 14 (turning 15 in dec 17) and i'm about 5'5. I'm chubby, but not a lot. i got 28.2 BMI. And after going to my first tournament. I notice i need start eating healthy and working out. But i don't know where start. So im wondering if someone can give me a effective workout schedule for a wrestler. I want lose my belly and gain more muscle etc... I drink coca cola every day, and for lunch at school i eat pizza. My mom said she will give me money buy a fitness pass at my schools fitness center. They got the basic stuff. Treadmill,stair machine,bycle,weights,bench press,the thing you pull down which you can adjust weight (no clue what its called you sit on bench and pull the bar down to your chin ). Things for your legs. etc. So If someone can give me a workout plan for me monday-friday. Like monday, chest etc... For cardio i can run on treadmill. Etc. Also if someone can tell me what is good to eat? and what stay away from. Diet seems like going be hard part. For lunch. Can i eat like plate of pasta? i can buy from the place i go with like some vitamin water? Each day instead of pizza??

So yeah if you can make workout plan that be GREAT.
