Ok well I'm 13 and I want to build my chest. I've seen other guys my age who have the kind of chest I want. I workout like everynight......but not strenuously. I do about 20 rep of crunches.....1 set. I want to get some muscle in my abs and I want a chest. I know I'm a little young but I've seen other people like this and I would really work for it....I want it that much. I'm getting a bench in my room in a few days and I have an ab lounge but I still tend to do regular crunches on the ground. Any suggestions??
