Need Breakfast Advice!

it neednt be different from what you eat at other times of day.

it also dpends on your goal - if your goal is muscle gain the includ some protein.

if not them have some complex carbs anyway.
 
If you have problems eating in the morning like myself, I dont like having food in the morning. I get by with my protein shake and 2 pepperani sticks, the shake and milk is about 25-27g of protein, and the 2 pepperani sticks add up to 8g , so totaling about 35g of protein for the morning meal.
 
Not a bad idea Iam trying to get a good diet going. I guess for work a salad is okay with some pepperoni? and chicken breast with some steamed veggies for dinner?
