Need advise of loosing weight !

Hey All, This is my first post here. I have been mostly lazy and with work and school, never gave time to my body. Right now, I am on vacation and have a decent job, due to that I am hitting gym from past two weeks.

I weight about 172, and I want to loose some belly fat. I do following exercise at gym:

Treadmill - Interval Cardio for 25 min (start at 2.7mph and highest 7.2 mph)
Rowing - 1K (split about 2:35-38)
PushUps - 3 Sets (10-12 Reps)
Sleeping Bicycle - 3 Sets (10-12 Reps)
Squats - 3 Sets (10-12 Reps)

Some lower back exercise - I kinda have lower back pain.
I go to gym Mon-Fri.....so any chances of loosing some belly fat or have to add some more stuff?
