Need advice!

Read the nutritional stickies in the nutrition section, and start doing a full body workout 3 times a week to compliment fat loss and ensure you don't lose muscle.
 
I understand you don't want to lose the muscle but shed the poundage. If you don't do so already add endurance training phases to your workout for about three weeks and then change it up again. In accordance with that, try doing supersets through your heavy resistance training. Any questions let me know. I'm here to teach as much as I'm here to learn and teach better.
