Need advice

I just got a gym membership and would like to start working out. I also started eating healthy. lots of water, milk, veggies and fruits.
I am 19 years old around 6" and 175 pounds. My goal is to be around 165
Last time I measured I had 8% BF
I would like to get a six pack and work my upper muscles.
Personal training is so expensive and being a college student... can someone give me an advice for a workout program
What to lift and how much to lift
