Hey everyone. I'm new to this site and recently joined a gym. A little about myself:
I am 21 years old, in OK shape, weigh 141 pounds and I am 5'5. Now, I know that I don't have much weight to lose but that is why I need advice. I want to lose about 10-15 pounds and become more tone. It seems that I can not shake that weight, no matter what I do. Recently, I have been having some random heart problems and was told that I need to start working out (it's hard for me because I go to school and work full-time). I don't eat the greatest but I'm starting to eat a lot better. So, I have a few questions.
I need a routine for the gym to take off the weight that I haven't been able to get rid of. It seems like all the weight I gain goes to my butt and love handles, but my stomach is relatively flat. Mainly I am concerned about how to get rid of my love handles (they're such a pain?) It seems that whenever I go to the gym I end up doing random things and never stick to one routine. Help??
