I'm just going to comment on your meal plan - it looks super! It's great that you can squeeze in the meals while you're at school. Everything you're eating is clean and healthy :) My only complaint is that you're not eating any carbs post work-out - the most important time to be eating them!! Maybe save the rice from your 3pm meal and have that with your protein shake in the evening. And have a little more protein at breakfast - some egg whites perhaps?

Depends on your goals. If you want to get larger, I would do more isolation work : Work upper body very hard on Tuesday, then lower body very hard on Thursday. Learn about isometric holds, and flex at the apex of each of your movements for better targetting.

As far as your cardio, try to mix your sprints in with your endurance for some good intervals. This will shock your system into switching its energy systems more rapidly causing you to burn fats in the oxidative systems of your body before its exhausted the phosphagen/glycogen systems. Look at the HIIT subforum here.
