Need advice

I want to get lean! I train hard 5 days a week at 5 a.m. in the morning with cardio and lifitng. I do a protein shake post-workout and try to get in 4-5 meals a day, with lean protein at each one (i.e., tuna fish, turkey breast, ground turkey breast, chicken/pork breast). I had my body fat tested last week and I'm at 18.5% but most look at me and guess different cuz I am in good shape and have lots of tone and muscle. But I want to be at 15% and or lose 5 pounds. I am 5'2, 120, and a solid size 2 which, as a female, is desirable. I just need to firm and tone up my legs and back of arms. I have big tris and bis and a cut back, I just want to be able to definition. Because I'm dedicated to training, I think it must be the diet. I've tried South Beach and all diets low-carb and they work. But I became tired and found it very hard to stay on long term. Now I shoot for low GI carbs and lean protein; no sugar whatsoever and tons of water, too. Need to lose fat cuz I'm feeling ready to give up. A trainer at my gym suggested cycling in creatine for a few months and hitting the cardio hard. Think I'm going to try that. Any suggestions welcome.

Well, I have tried interval training. So I"m running on the treadmill, alternating between 6.5 and 8.0 for 35 minutes. I am half dead by the end. I really feel the burn. I feel like HIIT with the 4-15 mins of all-out blasting isn't enough. I'd rather do intervals for longer at a still high intensity pace. I just went out and got my creatine, so I"m hoping that that may help.
