need advice

Im currently at a block in my life. I am 24 years old, 6'5" weighing 320 lbs, a lot of muscle but alot of fat as well. I have been a big guy all my life and I am trying to change that. I work 2 jobs and don’t have a lot of time to do any thing. I want to figure out an eating plan and workout plan that doesn’t consume too much money and fits in my schedule. I as well would like to tighten my body a little and get some shape going. Another point is I have Knee problems with my left knee (football knee injury in high school) so I cant run or jog unless I strengthen it and lose some weight. I have the body type of a linebacker, so my question is, what type of eating plan and work out plan would be best for a guy like me with the schedule I have. I would like quick results but not unhealthy quick results and I can spend a LITTLE on equipment. The only equipment I already have is a bike. Detailed plans are welcome (like what types of cardio, what type of lifts, what food). I really want to tighten up my chest and arms and lose weight in my chest stomach and back, those are the main areas I would like.

Basic schedule is: Tue, wed, Fri., evenings from 5 pm to about 10 pm are free
sat and sun are free
