Need advice, want to lose weight!!

Hi, I'm only 5 feet and I weigh 122 lbs. I would like to be around 105 - 110. What things should I do to lose the pounds? I'm starting to eat healthy but I think I end up eating too less or something. Any advice on what types of excersises I should do. I want to lose weight around my waist, a little on my arms, thighs, everywhere! haha. I would appricate any help. Thanx.
 
Well, when you're trying to lose fat, you will lose it all around your body. While you will also be combining good nutrition and strength training (yes, you need to strength train), cardio is the key. Depending on your current fitness level, you might want to start with walking, or you can jump right into running.
 
Yes. There is no such thing as spot-reduction - but with a little bit of work, you will see reuslts quicker than you think!

Diet : Just try to eat a lot of whole foods. Try to stay away from the processed stuff. Make it a rule that you will eat 6 times a day as well.
