need advice on weightraining nutrition

Ive been lifting hard for about 4 months now while trying to keep a high protien diet, but i have been structuring my training on basic knowledge and common sense. Thats just not gonna cut it anymore, i need some expert advise.

rite now im 6"1 about 165# my body fat is under 10% but im having a hard time gaining any kind of weight.

If i could gather a few opinions on how much protien i need every day along with any other nutrition information y'all think i could use, that would be awesome.

I Just started a very strict, structured training schedule and i want to maximize results without creatine or that kind of stuff.

Any other advise? different meal plans? any other expert advise on between meal snacks that would be EASY and not too spendy? I hate supplements, but all opinions are appreciated.
