Hi everyone
I have lost 4 stone since January but for the past 5 weeks or so
my weight has remained the same, I havnt changed my routine
so I'm a little disheartened.
I still have around 2.5 stone to go to my ideal weight I have lost
my weight through eating around 1000kcals a day and doing
a mix of cardio/weights for an hour and a half 3/4 times a week.
I've read up on it and I've been told to increase my calorie
intake but I have no idea how much by and I'm so worried
that eating more will make me put weight on. And I make sure
My diet is jam packed with fruits and veg protein and a good source
of carbs, what else can I do?
