Need Advice/Help....

Hello, I'm new here. I need some help and advice on weight loss. Maybe some of you could give me some tips or let me know what I might be doing wrong. :)
Anyways, I'm trying to lose a little weight and tone up. I've always been a healthy eater and an avid exerciser. But, within the last two years, I've gained about 10 pounds and have acquired some flab. Because of work, I only exercise for about 20 minutes 4-5 days a week. I run, do pushups and do moves on a stability ball. I guess it's obvious, but is this not enough if the scales not budging? I eat healthy 90% of the time but I guess I should start cutting my calories too? I don't calorie count or know how much I'm eating because my philosophy is if the ingrediants are as few as possible, I dont have to really pay attention to that. But, given the fact that I'm struggling to lose any amount of weight, I guess I should start learning how many I should actually be eating, no? I know this sounds simple but I can't figure out why I'm not in better shape. Any words of encouragment or advice on what to add/subtract from what I'm already doing would be great. :)
Thanks!

Many of us find that as we get older, we can't get away with what we did when we were younger. So, yeah, you might find you need to start counting calories. Either that, or exercise a lot more, but I think controlling the intake is easier. There are a lot of tools available to help with calorie counting, like the free diet software Cron-O-Meter, or online journals like .

Thank you. That does make sense. When I was in highschool, now seven years ago, I didnt have to do much to stay in shape. I actually even ate more junk. Now, at 24 years of age, I swear it's taking so much more effort to lose any weight. So, I guess that must be it. I still consider myself young too, lol. Oh well, I guess I will start paying attention to how much I eat.
Thanks again.
