Need advice for ending a fitness contest

HI, I am a new member here but have been reading helpful posts as a guest for a while. I am currently in the Gold's Gym fitness challenge, a 3 month long contest.
I am a 41 year old female. I have lost about 10 pounds of fat and gained a lot of muscle. We had our weight taken, body fat measured (calipers), and pics on January 2. My flight ends March 27. My weigh in, pics, and fat measure are at 6:25 am. The gym opens at 5 am. I need advice on how to look my best in those pics. What lifts should I do to get pumped up, should I oil up, or use some other product, what should I eat or avoid in the day or days previous to it? Any sound advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
