need advice for bulking

well ive been cutting for quite the time now ... and im pretty sure my metabolism has just plummeted ... so i have decided to start bulking.
I am 19 yrs old 180lbs 6'0"

As of right now ... i am going for about 3000-3500 calories a day ... about 190-200g protein .... around 350-400g carb .. and around 80ish fat.
I know it really depends on your body type for the amount of calories you need, but would this be a reasonable amount to just start with and get results?

another thing .. could i get some opinions on the idea of bulking for 2 weeks cutting for 2 weeks. Just going back and forth.
This is what i think i will try ... I would think it would be beneficial because this way i can keep my bodyfat down and in control and it would be really effecient for cutting because every time i go on the bulk cycle i will boost my metabolism super high so when i start cutting, for the 2 weeks ... the sudden calorie drop will surprise my body and my metabolism would stay higher than if i were to diet for months (where my metabolism would just get so low i would stop losing bodyfat)

I congradulate you on being able to take in all of the calorie,protein and carbs.Im in the same boat that you are.Ive been trying to take in as much cal,pro & carbs as I can.At the end of the day im full and sick of eating.If its not too much to ask,can you please post youe daily eating routine?
 
well for bulking right now i usually have about 5-6 meals a day
most of the food i eat is on the healthier side ...
for example

morning
Whey protein - 120 cal 2g fat 3 carb 20g protein
carn. inst breakfast - 235 cal 3g fat 40g carb 15g protein

Bagel with Natural Peanut butter - 500cal 18g fat 55g carb 25g protein
2cups milk - 240 cal 10g fat 24g carb 18g protein

Vector cereal - 300cal 6g fat 5g carb 15g protein
Banana - 100cal 0fat 25carb 0 protein

Campbels Steak and potatoe soup - 300cal 6g fat 46g carb 20g protein
With whole wheat bread - 180 cal 3g fat 35 carb 10g protein

Tuna melt - 500 cal 20g fat 20g carb 40g protein
Protein bar - 320 cal 8g fat 40g carb 25g protein

6-7oz chicken breast - 300cal 7g fat 0 carb 50g protein
1cup rice - 200 cal 0g fat 40g carb 5g protein

2 cups of milk before i go to bed - 240cal 10g fat 24 carb 18g protein

Total : 3335cal 93g fat 357g carb 261g protein

Most of the fat i eat is not saturated ... i try to eat mostly only unsaturates .. but still eat some saturates like cheese sometiems. Also eggs now and then.

It changes around .. i usually get about 2 protein shakes in each day .. each one being 20g ... one in the morning and one after workout.
Sometimes will go days with eating lota steak and prawns ect .. but im still not gona eat alot of the pointless food like junk and stuff.
Havnt really been doin this bulk for too long so i gota wait and see how things turn out. but thats it.
Would be nice to get peoples thoughts on these foods im eating for bulking .. if they are good choices of foods to eat.
