well ive been cutting for quite the time now ... and im pretty sure my metabolism has just plummeted ... so i have decided to start bulking.
I am 19 yrs old 180lbs 6'0"
As of right now ... i am going for about 3000-3500 calories a day ... about 190-200g protein .... around 350-400g carb .. and around 80ish fat.
I know it really depends on your body type for the amount of calories you need, but would this be a reasonable amount to just start with and get results?
another thing .. could i get some opinions on the idea of bulking for 2 weeks cutting for 2 weeks. Just going back and forth.
This is what i think i will try ... I would think it would be beneficial because this way i can keep my bodyfat down and in control and it would be really effecient for cutting because every time i go on the bulk cycle i will boost my metabolism super high so when i start cutting, for the 2 weeks ... the sudden calorie drop will surprise my body and my metabolism would stay higher than if i were to diet for months (where my metabolism would just get so low i would stop losing bodyfat)
