Need advice for a diet I could stick to

So, I need to loose weight. I've been on a few diets and I loose weight, but of course put it back on after. The first diet I went on as an adult was Atkins. I lost about 30 lbs. But the bad diet screwed up my liver.

Well, the second diet I went on was one called medical weight loss. I paid about $800 for the diet and loss 40 lbs in 10 weeks. But of course put all the weight back on.

I need a diet that, one is cheap to go on. And two I need to be able to eat most foods. This is how I visualize the diet. I should be able to have my wife not have to totally change the meal plans. Maybe I'll go to eat dinner and I'll have to cut a few portions of the meal and not eat maybe the starches or fruit of the meal. But, if its too difficult by having to cook custom meals constantly, I'll never stick to it.
 
But also I can't just cut a meal group because that's what killed my liver. Maybe I just need to avoid certain foods together or during certain times of the day.
 
i am also face this problem since 1 month ago. then i found a diet plan which are actually work.i got great result just in a week.its called 3 week diet plan.now i am happy with my new weight.
