Need advice about my workouts

I'm currently underweight, however, I guess im suffering from some mental illness in which I assume that I'm facing an eating disorder. I'm really very confused and worried. I'm not worried about my weight however, my face is getting thinner and thinner, are there any solution where I will be able to make my face a lil more plump? without affecting my body? I'm working out extensively.. this is what I usually do

Monday (Shoulder and Arms and Abs)
Military press (Front or Back)
Upright row
dumbell lateral raise
seated lateral raise

Dumbell Bicep curl
Barbell curl
Hammer Curl
Tricep pull back

when im at home the same day i'd do a 10 minutes regime for abs
and when im in the gym, I'll do 100 weighted crunches, and 60 weighted situps.

Wednesday (Chest and Back and Abs)
BEnch press
Incline bench
dumbell flys
pushups

Chinups
pull backs (Using machine)

Abs like monday

Friday (Lower body)
Squats
calf raise
and a few leg workouts

Abs like Monday and probably arms

Other days i'd do cardios

Im about 177-180 and my weight right now is 60kg
Please help me

Im a malaysian, and Im currently staying away from my family therefore its hard to find healthy food. What I normally eat:-

Brunch
Rice with Fried Chicken or Curry Chicken or Fish Curry, and a serving of vegetable and a cup of juice.

Dinner
Rice with Chicken, Fish, or Perhaps vegetarian, and a cup of juice or soya bean milk.

Like i said earlier, everytime i try to eat more, I feel terribly guilty and I will automatically refrain from eating more. I would also stay away from junk food and If i don do cardio or workout a day, I'd feel guilty..
Im training really hard for my abs therefore I got this sickness in me now..
Im really worried but I dont know what to do..
 
and i do not want to bulk up i just wanna tone my muscles... please give me some advice on what to do and what to eat
