Need a shopping list

My whole life I have been very big into soccer and track. I never really worried about what I ate because I was so active I was always extremely fit. I recently got to the age where I am no longer on a soccer team and since I didn't really have a reason to run anymore, I just stopped running. Wellll, it finally has started to catch up with me. I am 6'0" and currently weigh 210 pounds. That is up about 50 pounds from what I was in high school. It's weird how I never noticed I was getting big until just the other day I looked in the mirror and was like "wow, I need to lose weight". I don't want to get back down to 160 pounds because I don't think that's really a healthy weight for 6'0" tall, but I would like to get back down to around 170 or 175. I have started running more lately and I want to start eating healthy but I really don't know what to eat, since in the past I never really had to worry about what I ate, i only ate junk food and never put on any weight. I like to cook and have enough time to cook at least 2 meals a day, I just need ideas of what to cook. I am planning on going to the grocery store tomorrow and load up on healthy food and throw away all of my easy mac, hot dogs, etc. If anyone has a good list of food to pick up at the grocery store for someone who wants to finally start eating healthy, and possibly even some good easy recipes, it would be greatly appreciated.
