Need a routine for cutting

So I'm currently 17 years old. I'm extremely motivated to get fit. I'm home studied so I pretty much have all the time in the world.

I was cutting during the summer season, I lost a ton of weight, but I want to get down to around 12% bf before I bulk.

For some reason I've been stuck at 17x lb. I can't seem to go any lower.

I jog a lot as well. I've jogged over 300 miles since summer. I'm also very determined, I drink over 3 cups of sugarless green tea because I heard it helps with weightloss.

I also eat very healthy, I hold back on sweets/sugars/soda

It's the holiday season now, my brother is tempting me with egg nog and sugary ****. I'm very strict and stayed away from it.

Even with all this work it feels like I'm stuck.

Here's my photos

Teenage boys like you are constantly under pressure. They face pressure at home for keeping up with their studies, at school when it comes to the race of being hunk around and from ideal body images that float all around them. Yes, overweight and obese teenage need to lose weight but it should come at the cost of a weakened self esteem and castigation. Just read all the suggestion carefully:

• There is no magic mantra to losing excess weight boys! You have start eating healthy. It means cutting out the fries, burgers and pizzas. Sure, you can indulge once in a while but reaching for the packet of potato every time you crave for a snack is absolutely wrong. Eat more fruits, vegetables and other items that stack on the good things such as iron, protein and carbs!

• Eat slowly. Chew your food and take time. This allows the brain to register that you are eating which in turn will help you stop once you are full. Eat in small portions and between intervals. Do not eat one big meal and think that it will suffice for the entire day. This is the way in which the body begins to horde fat. Again, if you have a midnight craving, wait for the moment to pass. More often than not we lunge at food the moment we feel a hunger pang. But if you wait for a few minutes or just rink water, you will realize that probably it was in fact a false alarm!

• Whether teenage boys want to lose weight so as to look good or are genuinely concerned about their health, it is important to know that along with a healthy diet, exercise is also a must. An adequate exercise regime for teenage boys looking to lose weight the healthy way is a mix of cardio, muscles strengthening and aerobic exercises. My tip for weight loss is to exercise daily for 60 minutes in order to build resistance and also lose weight. So it’s up to you to choose the perfect exercise for yourself.

• While you are going all out and doing everything you can to lose weight, just remember than adequate rest will not only relax your mind but will also help repair your muscles. Sleep and rest are necessary for the body to relax so that it can take strenuous exercising sessions and not fall prey to injuries.

Now I would like to tell all especially to parents to encourage all the teen instead of criticism. They just need our encouragement and proper guidelines, not more than that.
