I post this thread on behalf of my son who is 15 years of age. Nowadays physically consciousness is very important to gain our self-confidence in social and mental health.
I want some diet and workout plan which my 15 years old boy can follow.
About My Son
Age -15 years.
height- 4'11"
weight- 99.7 lbs
He likes to eat pasta and drink Pepsi, orange juice. He never did any workout in his life and most importantly he broke his arm 8 weeks ago, so I want some easy workout for him.
I am looking for
1. What to eat?
2. Which workout is suitable for him.
