Ha ha ha so I am working on improving my fitness and diet for the uptenth time and want to meet people who are of the like mind. My mini goal is 20lbs by February and would like to get down to 140 eventually... maybe even less
I started this journey at 240lbs several years ago and have lost 50 but I would like to take some more off if I can... especially since I gained some back
. I am starting at 200lbs.
I am maintaining a diet of 1500 - 2000 calories a day and trying to get workouts in with my busy schedule. That sounds fabulous and all but it is just my first week of sticking to my guns and though it has gone well (I actually don't feel like I am starving and I bought skim milk for the first time today!) I am looking to meet people to help keep me motivated. I am a divorced mom who works full time and like all of us find it hard to fit anything in the day for me!!
