Hellooo. Im 17 stone and 5ft 11 16 year old male. I want to cut belly fat/bulk arms but at the same time get down to 15 stone and slowly build it up to be all muscle looking if you know what I mean 
I also ride push bikes as a hobby. Dirt jumping/Mountain biking.
