need a bit of advice about exercise!

hello, first post.

right. im 21, male and im about 6.3ft. over the past 7 months i have lost 3 stone, i used to be about 21 stone and now i am down to 18. i dont have an weight loss plan as such, i just started to eat a bit less and do about 30 mins on an exercise bike 6 days a week. i started to do exercise because i found that it helped relieve stress. now, i dont feel comfortable joining a gym, but would love to up my exercise a bit more with a more varied plan. does anyone have any tips on gym equipment or exercise routines that could be helpful to me. i feel like i need to have a bit of a change as i have been getting very tired of using the exercise bike all the time! i would like to gain a bit of muscle tone also, but should i lose the fat first? i dont have a target weight, i have quite a large frame so i dont think i could get much bellow 15 stone. it would be nice if i could feel good about myself this summer, so i realy would love some help. i would be greatful to any ideas or advice.
